To ensure fair and consistent service, please review the following:
• Valid for single-family, owner-occupied homes only (no rentals, no exceptions)
• Covers spot cleaning only on the Fiber Protection-treated areas
• Limited to one FREE visit per month
• Does not cover pet-related spots
• No full rooms or carpet sections without a price adjustment
• Additional cleaning billed by the square foot
• If spot removal takes longer than 30 minutes, additional charges may apply
• No guarantee that all spots can be removed (some may permanently discolor)
• Reappearing spots may be re-cleaned after 30 days
• Payment is due at the time of service
• No minimum charge is required for Spot & Spill Program visits
• This program is not transferable if you move

How often can I use the Spot & Spill Protection Program?
You may request up to one spot cleaning visit per month during your active warranty period, limited to the areas that Towers Restoration & Cleaning applied Fiber Protection.
Do I have to receive marketing messages to participate?
Yes. Enrollment requires consent to receive occasional service reminders, marketing emails, and SMS messages from Towers Restoration & Cleaning. You may opt out at any time, but opting out may impact your eligibility for the program. What types of spots are covered?
The program covers common household spots on your freshly treated fibers. Pet-related spots are not covered, and some stains may be permanent depending on the substance and carpet fiber.
What if my spot turns into a larger cleaning need?
If the area requires more than spot cleaning, additional cleaning may be billed by the square foot. Any additional services will be discussed and approved before work begins.
How do I renew my Spot & Spill Protection Program?
To renew, simply have Towers Restoration & Cleaning professionally clean your carpets and re-apply fiber protector within your first 12 months. Your warranty will then reset for another 12 months from the service date.
